Virtual - the Transcelerate Solution Showcase
We'll be co-hosting a webinar presented by Transcelerate to discuss how we're leveraging the USDM (Unified Study Data Model) data standard, in concert with our platform, to accelerate clinical trial operations. The USDM is part of a broader concept called DDF (Digital Data Flow), which aims to improve data exchange and interoperability in clinical research.
If you're new to the USDM the simplest way to think about it is this: every clinical trial starts with a protocol, and that protocol is packed with details like the objectives, schedules, endpoints, criteria, and procedures. Unfortunately, these details are usually trapped inside long PDFs or Word files. The USDM gives the industry a common language for turning all that information into clean, structured data. Once a protocol is expressed in USDM, it becomes far easier for different systems, teams, and tools to understand it and work from the same source of truth.
The HumanTrue platform uses AI to read a protocol, pull out the important pieces, and transform them into that structured USDM format. From there, we can generate clear and accurate downstream documents like informed consent forms, recruitment screeners, site-training materials, and more. This system is the foundation that lets humans and AI collaborate instead of wrestling with PDFs.

In Person - J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference & SCOPE
We would love to connect with customers and partners at two in-person events this winter.
We'll be at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference January 12th-14th in San Francisco. This conference is one of the key annual gatherings for leaders across biotech, pharma, and health tech. We'll be available to meet with customers, partners, and anyone interested in learning how we're advancing post-protocol operations. If you're in the area that week, we're happy to connect.
Finally, we'll be at SCOPE - the industry's biggest conference February 2nd-5th. The SCOPE Summit is a major annual meeting focused on clinical operations excellence, bringing together teams from sponsors, CROs, and sites. We'll be there together with our partner CSSi demonstrating our platform and discussing specific capabilities like our ability to automatically create recruiting materials for clinical trials.
